MLPA raw data evaluation and troubleshooting

MLPA raw data and peak pattern analysis using examples from daily practice. Instructions on how to recognise and solve common problems with MLPA data.

Practical session MLPA raw data evaluation and troubleshooting

Several cases of problematic MLPA experiments are analysed by the participants and responses are recorded via polling.

Required knowledge

• A basic understanding of the MLPA technique as well as hands-on experience with MLPA is required.
• Experience with MLPA data analysis software, Coffalyser.Net, is not required.
• New to MLPA? Please review our guide to get started to prepare.

Practical information

• The workshop will not be made accessible in an on-demand format. However, slides can be downloaded during the event.
• A certificate of attendance is provided.
• Due to time constraints, it is not possible to bring your own data for analysis or troubleshooting. Feel free to contact us with your question.
