digitalMLPA General Protocol Update

Have you checked out the new version of our digitalMLPA General Protocol? For a quick reference, we have summarized the most important changes below:

• Assay components and Storage Conditions sections have been moved to the probemix- or reagent-specific product descriptions.
• References to runs with 75 nt sequencing length have been removed.
• The instruction for hybridisation time has been adjusted from "at least 16 hrs" to "16 to 20 hrs".
• The Amplicon Quantification by Illumina Sequencers section has been completely updated and rewritten, including:
  • The recommended read depth is now at least 500 reads / reference probe.
  • Volumes for MiSeq library preparation have been adjusted.
  • New recommendations for the NextSeq 1000 instruments have been added.
  • Recommendations for NextSeq 500 and iSeq have been removed.
