Upcoming Product Description Update: Easier to Read and Aligned with MANE Select

Have you heard that we received a positive recommendation for IVDR certification?

As part of our upcoming IVDR transition, we are working on a new product description template that will make our product descriptions easier to read, maintain and translate. With this update, we will also change the exon numbering of the genes in our documentation to that of MANE Select transcripts to facilitate clearer variant interpretation and improve our compatibility with key genomic resources used in both clinical and research settings. If the exon numbering of a certain gene has been changed compared to the previous document versions, this will be clearly indicated in the new product description as well as in Coffalyser.Net as long as a new Coffalyser sheet is retrieved from our database after the release of the new product description.
